Ordering
Ordering via the Favour.com webshop is only possible with a delivery address in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.
Ordering via our webshop is very simple. Just follow a few steps and you will receive your package on your doormat. You can place an order as a guest or create a personal account. The latter option is handy as it allows you to go through the ordering process quickly the next time.
- Once you find a product you like, click 'order'.
- Then choose 'continue shopping' if you want to order more products.
- Got all your products? Then check your shopping cart and enter a discount code if applicable. Then click on 'proceed to checkout'.
- Fill in your address details. In this step, you can also create a password. If you do so, log in next time using your e-mail address and password. There is then no need to fill in the form with address details again.
- Select the payment method.
- Check your order one last time, accept the general terms and conditions and complete the order by clicking 'place order'.
Delivery
Shipping is free above €20.00.
Standard shipping costs are €4.95.
Parcels are delivered by PostNL. If you place your order before 12.00 noon, it will be dispatched the same day. Exceptions are Saturdays, Sundays and Dutch public holidays, in which case it will be sent the next working day.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail. In this mail you will find a track & trace code so you can follow your parcel.

At Favour, you have a choice of payment methods:
Netherlands:
- iDeal

- Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
Belgium:

Germany:
- Sofortbanking
Payment terms
We apply a few payment terms:
- All product prices include VAT.
- We do our best to always state the correct price. However, should the price of a product in the shopping cart differ from the price of that product on one or more pages in the webshop, the price of the product in the shopping cart will apply. No rights can be derived from inadvertent incorrect pricing on product summary pages or product detail pages.
- We use the order date as the purchase date.
Secure payment environment
Buckaroo handles payments via our webshop. This payment service provider enables us to offer several payment methods. As a consumer, you therefore make user-friendly and safe payments.
