About data processing

Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it (or have it stored), which security techniques we use and to whom the data can be viewed.

Web forms

On our website, you will find a number of web forms where we ask you to enter personal data, such as your (company) name, address details, e-mail address, web address and (mobile) phone number. We only use this data for the purpose for which you have provided it. All our forms use an SSL-secured connection with an encryption level of 256 bits. Our back-end systems are secured with a strong password and, where possible, two-factor authentication.

Transactional emails

If you place an order in our online shop, you will receive a number of e-mail messages regarding the status of your order. Our shipping partner (MyParcel) receives your e-mail address from us to keep you informed about the progress of the delivery.

Client management and invoicing

Our client data is stored in the CRM of our web shop software and then used for administrative purposes only.

E-mail

We use Office365 from Microsoft for e-mail services. All e-mail traffic is confidential and not viewable by the processor.

Web hosting and database

Favour uses the services of 'Hypernode' to host the website. This is a trusted service provider based in the Netherlands. All data you make available to us through our website will be stored (temporarily or otherwise) on Hypernode's servers. Hypernode has implemented the necessary security techniques and under the agreement between the processor and Favour, the processor and its employees or agents are prohibited from viewing data or making data available to third parties, unless they are required to do so by law. The processor periodically makes backups of the stored data, the same guarantees and conditions apply to these backups.

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you - other than at your request - at a later time, we will ask you explicit permission to do so. Your data will not be shared with third parties other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality by virtue of the agreement between them and Favour or an oath or legal obligation.
